We recently took a trip to the Bedford Cheese Shop right off of Bedford in Brooklyn. Well let me tell you this was not a mistake, the staff there is amazing, the design of the store is superb and the CHEESE is the best cheese I have had in a while. We decided to get the Montenebro goat cheese! This was a little pricey, 1/2lb was about $15 and worth every single cent.
Today I wanted to make a special little sammy: Montenebro used like a mayo, a little heavier though, then thinly sliced turkey, tomato and some fresh mesclun. AMAZING! The cheese didn't make it far and my husband will be sad to find out this sammy consumed the last of it...ooops!
